Woman Reportedly Attacked in her car at Sacramento Schoolhttp://www.kptv.com/news/23798805/detail.html (click here for kptv webpage) Woman Reports Knife Attack, Sex AssaultPOSTED: 4:17 pm PDT June 4, 2010UPDATED: 8:56 pm PDT June 4, 2010PORTLAND, Ore. -- Police said they opened an investigation into a report a woman was raped and injured by a man with a knife early Friday morning.The attack occurred near the Sacramento School playground, the woman said.The 38-year-old mother of two told officers the knife-wielding man jumped into her car at a stop sign while she was driving to a store.The victim said he ordered her to get out at the nearby school and, when she refused, he cut her several times."I decided to try to bring my knees up like this and push him off of me. He told me if I did that again he would cut my carotid artery and let me bleed to death," the woman said.She said the man threw her clothes and car keys away. The woman rang several doorbells near the school but no one answered, she said.Larry Whittlesea, an assistant pastor at a nearby church, was driving by when he saw the woman."There’s this woman in the middle of the road, flagging me down. Without clothes on, half dressed, crying, and it’s pouring down rain," he said. "She had a look of terror and panic on her face like I’ve not seen maybe once or twice more in my life."He alerted authorities and the woman was taken to Portland Adventist Hospital.The victim said the attacker was about 6 feet tall, left-handed, clean shaven and had a tattoo on his upper right arm.Police said they are working on a composite sketch of the attacker.
