PHAN General Meeting Minutes

6/22/10

Call to Order: 7:15pm by President Carol Williams

Present: Carol / AJ / Becky / Stephanie

Lore Wintergreen, East Portland Action Plan

The March General Meeting minutes were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report - John

John was unable to attend tonight’s meeting to provide the Treasurer’s Report.

Lore Wintergreen, East Portland Action Plan (EPAP)

“The East Portland Action Plan provides leadership and guidance to public agencies and other entities on how to strategically address community-identified issues and allocate resources to improve livability for neighborhoods in the East Portland Neighborhood Office (EPNO) coalition area.”

Lore provided an overview of what that statement entails along with status of what EPAP has accomplished and what is in the works to be accomplished, especially in regards to the Parkrose Heights neighborhood. She encouraged anyone who’s interested in learning more about what EPAP is and what it does to attend their meetings. Everyone is welcome to participate.
