Board Members

The Parkrose Heights Association of Neighbors (PHAN) Board consists of a small group of Parkrose Heights residents. All board members must live within the neighborhood boundaries. Residents seeking a position on the board must attend at least one meeting within six months prior to elections.

The current Board Members are: INTERIM CHAIR: Jim Murphy || TREASURER: John Stockem || RECORDING SECRETARY: Becky Hartsfield AT LARGE MEMBERS: -- PLANNING/ZONING: Peter Natwick -- Tom Badrick

PHAN has been instrumental in obtaining walking paths, restrooms, playstructures and kiosks in Knott Park, hosting annual Neighborhood Night Out celebrations, participating in annual clean ups, and advising Safe Routes to school as to speed bump placement on San Rafael St, among other things. Current projects include planning for 2012 Neighborhood Night Out, Movies in the Park, maintaining the park kiosk, and working with livability and zoning issues.
